Applied first application of duct armor to all underground ductwork and furnace box.
Cleaned all underground duct work. Rebuilt all registers and plenum box with mortar. Applied spin cast mortar to all rusted elbows connections and tees.
I conducted a repeat inspection of the ducts situated beneath the slab floor using a duct camera to confirm the effectiveness of the drainage system and assess any water accumulation. The examination revealed completely dry ducts, devoid of any moisture or indications of water ingress, affirming the successful functioning of the drainage system in mitigating water infiltration issues.
Sewer video camera inspection visit. Televised sewer from overhead clean out in crawl space approximately 55 ft to city main. Cast is scaled. Clay tile looks in good condition. Will provide quote for descaling cast iron.
Sewer line repair service call. Performed sewer line inspection, televised sewer from outside clean out in back of garage approximately 30ft to main and 60ft to cast to clay. Sewer has heavy roots both upstream and downstream and also has a hole in the sewer downstream before the main. Will provide a proposal for lining.
5-12-2023: installed 5’x6” spot repair liner with LR3 at hole in clay tile near main, also installed a 5’x6” spot repair liner about 15’ downstream of clean out where hole on left hand side of pipe was. Collected $4190.00 for x2 spot repair liners that were installed on 5-11-2023. -If inversion lining is installed no later than July, 2023 the original balance of $4,190 will be due upon completion. -If inversion lining is installed between August, 2023-June, 2024 the cost will increase by $1,690 (cost of 2nd spot repair installed on 5/12/23) for a total due of $5,880.00.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC ducts with metal fittings and connections. The elbows have slight rust as does the plenum. Downspouts need to be extended all around the building. After the downspouts are extended the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.
Applied 3mil of epoxy coating to approximately 40’ of 4” cast iron pipe.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily rusted underground duct work.
We are cleaning all the underground duct work and applying our trenchless cast mortar to restructure all the weak rusted metal duct work with holes allowing the backfill under the slab to enter the system blowing dirt and sand into the home. We are also sealing the entire underground duct work with 2 applications of our rubberized duct lining material to completely seal the system leaving a nice clean and efficient air flow quality.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are pvc with metal fittings. There was slight standing water in the one run. Metal is showing slight signs of rust. Gutters look like they need to be cleaned as water is sheeting over next to the building during rains. Once water is resolved the ducts should be spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material to rebuild rusty metal and encapsulate the pvc for possible mold.
